Sponsor / Restaurant agrees to FULL and PROPER USE of the provided marketing materials provided for a full year from the date of delivery of the printed product. Participating merchants who are sponsoring/providing this product are relying on the restaurant to provide the take-out menus or handout marketing products to customers. Along with:




1. Restaurant agrees to provide all necessary artwork and requested logo, and menu details to TPG in a timely manner. Send to production@tpgmn.com


2. Restaurant agrees to respond to all communications from TPG in a timely manner.


3. Cancellation/non-use of the product will result in a fee equal to expenses incurred to that point.


4. Production changes must be provided 15 days in advance of the printing cycle.
